I have been hinting at it for a while, and I’ve finally come to the decision that I will be offering the first ever MLB-DI Draftbook.
What will it entail?
- Profiles and detailed scouting reports of the top 100 2013 prospects
- Ranking the top players by state, both college and high-school
- Ranking of the top players by position
- Much, much more
When will I be able to purchase such product?
You can pre-order the draftbook now!
When will the draftbook be available?
Sometime in the fourth quarter of 2012, more than likely November
How much does it cost?
If you pre-order between now and September, the draftbook will be $1.00. Yes, you are reading that right. A buck. For the same price as a gas station hot dog, you can own the draftbook. The price will “jump” up to $2.99 when it’s ready for sale.
How will I receive it?
It is a PDF file that I will email to you as soon as it is finished.
Sounds good, how do I act on this outstanding deal?

[...] Chris Crawford is now offering a draft notebook for purchase. The top 100 draft prospects will be covered and for only one dollar it sounds like a good deal. -LINK [...]
I think the product sounds very good and the price is amazingly cheap.
My question is will there be an update before the draft? A lot can change from December 2012 to June 2013 and what seemed like very good analysis can become outdated information.
Personally, I think you may be better off to delay the release or agree to post an update by the end of May, both of which could easily allow you to justify doubling the cost of the product in my opinion. I may still purchase the product as it is very cheap but I do worry much of the information will be outdated.
